It will turn out no worse than on the stove. Today I want to share with you how to cook pasta in the microwave. What are the subtleties of such a preparation. How to cook pasta in the microwave

Not everyone knows if pasta can be cooked in a microwave oven. I checked, and I can tell you that yes. The main thing is to follow some rules, which I will tell you about.

The method of preparing such products in a microwave oven is not particularly different from the traditional one on the stove. It is very simple. In addition, there is a significant advantage - in time it is faster than on the stove. And spaghetti in the cooking process will not “run away”.

You can boil water right in the microwave, but it is best to use ready-made boiling water. So it will be faster. You can boil water with an electric kettle. The amount of water should be so that it covers the macaroni by 2-5 cm. For this, a ratio of 1: 2 is suitable. A glass of product needs about 2 glasses of water.

If you cannot boil water separately, put a container of water in the oven. Turn on the maximum. Depending on the microwave, it will take about 5-10 minutes to boil. When the water boils, add salt, pasta, a spoonful of vegetable oil.

This is a very tasty dish. And it is preparing very quickly. For it you will need: pasta, salt, hard cheese, flour, white bread, spices, mustard, salt.

Cook the pasta in the microwave, as described above. Stir in butter, mustard, flour, spices and salt. It should be a sour cream consistency sauce. Add 150 grams of finely grated hard cheese to the mixture.

  1. Water is boiling.
  2. Pasta is poured into the prepared saucepan and flavored with a small amount of vegetable oil.
  3. The base is poured with boiling water and salted.
  4. The container is closed by a lid and shaken slightly (carefully so as not to get burned or splash water).
  5. The pan is removed in the microwave for eight minutes, the stove is turned on at maximum power.
  6. Macaroni seized, water drained.
  7. Either tomato paste with your favorite condiments or ready-made ketchup is added to the pan. The tank is shaken again.
  8. The pan returns to the microwave for a couple of minutes to heat and soak the pasta sauce.

How to cook pasta in the microwave: recipes with cheese and feta cheese

Cheese dishes with pasta have been and will be popular. To implement the plan, first cook pasta according to the basic recipe. In parallel, a sauce is made of butter, mustard, flour and salt with spices. A piece of hard cheese is rubbed here. The mixture interferes with the finished pasta, which is returned to the microwave for four minutes.

For experiments with feta cheese, pasta is boiled according to recipe No. 1 and transferred to a container used for baking. From above they are sprayed with vegetable oil, poured with sour cream and sprinkled with crumbled feta cheese and chopped onion. Two minutes of full power, and you can start dinner.

Proportions and Servings

Cook in small ovens for a few people. It’s easier to prepare light meals, then pasta doesn’t stick together. Based on 50-100 g of dry pasta per serving. It all depends on the destination - this is the main dish or it will serve as a side dish, for example, for meat or sausages. Servings may vary depending on appetite, as well as on the amount of other ingredients.

What kind of dishes?

To prepare the paste, always use a special glass container designed only for MV ovens. Also, do not forget the serving rule so that the pasta is spacious and not sticky.

Choose low utensils (microwaves penetrate better through food, speeding up cooking), as well as round and oval (dishes are cooked in them evenly).

When to quit?

Take your time and do not throw pasta into cold water. Even if you cook them in the most modern oven. With this approach, after cooking, they can turn into glue for wallpaper. Cooking times are always indicated on the packaging. There is also a golden rule: cook pasta and eggs for 2-3 minutes, and semolina pasta for 7-18 minutes. Better to just try if pasta is already al dente!

Do not rinse!

When you throw the pasta into a colander, you better not wash it! Water will wash away starch from pasta, due to which the sauce sticks to them. If you are afraid that the pasta will stick together, mix them with a little olive oil.

Pour dry product into a ceramic bowl, pour boiling water, salt. Be sure to stir the contents. Send to the MV oven. Depending on the power of your device, set the optimal temperature value, usually it is a range from 600 to 800 watts. Turn on the timer for the time indicated on the package, it depends on the size and grade of vermicelli. If you take into account that time is not needed to heat the water, then it takes 3-4 minutes for vermicelli, and 5-7 minutes for horns or so-called feathers.

At the end of the process, immediately open the door, do not go far. Macaroni has the property of "reaching" if left in hot water. Take out the dishes carefully - hot! Just in case, try one pasta, it should be firm, but not raw. If necessary, return the bowl to its place and turn it on for another 1-2 minutes.

Armed with a colander and drain the water in the usual way, do not rinse.

Flavor the side dish with butter to taste.

How to make Italian pasta in the microwave

This dish consists of two components - sauce and pasta itself. And since there is probably only one microwave in the household, you will have to cook them one at a time. First, prepare the Italian sauce, since the paste from the expectations of the Italian second half can completely stick together.

For the sauce you will need a wider bowl with low edges - this will allow the gravy to spread over a larger area with a thin layer, thereby preparing more quickly. Of course, it won’t work out like in a frying pan, but it’s even better. Such a sauce will not damage digestion and has fewer calories.

  • one onion, chopped,
  • 3 cloves of grated garlic,
  • 250 g ground beef,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 0.5 cups of dry white wine,
  • 1 red paprika, diced,
  • 1 small zucchini, diced,
  • a pinch of sage, oregano, basil, rosemary,
  • 100 grams of fresh tomatoes,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • a few tablespoons of grated parmesan.

Cooking time: about 45 minutes.

Calories: 325 Kcal / 100 gr.

We lay out in layers (all ingredients are crushed): onion, garlic, minced meat, pepper, zucchini, tomatoes and pour oil. If there is a grill mode - this is wonderful, turn it on according to the volume of sauce. If the stove is very simple, do not worry, turn on the maximum power and minimum time, in terms of periodically looking in the window and observing that the dish does not start to burn from the middle. Usually, readiness is determined by sight, after about 7-10 minutes.

We take out the prepared minced meat with vegetables, pour wine and send again inside for 5-8 minutes, until a characteristic Italian aroma of a mixture of herbs, meat and wine appears. The pasta sauce is ready!

We cook pasta like regular pasta in the first recipe. In principle, if there is a possibility, while gravy is being prepared in the MV oven, spaghetti can also be cooked on the stove - this does not change the taste, but it will be faster. The only condition is to boil them in plenty of water and not rinse - this is the secret of Italian cooks!

Put the pasta on the dish, pour the sauce with minced meat and zucchini. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and garnish with sprigs of greenery.

Microwave Cheese Pasta

Navy pasta is an original Russian dish, because we jokingly call it lazy dumplings. Well, yes, the dough and minced meat are in place, and you don’t need to sculpt, and cooking is easier.
