  • 2 chicken legs,
  • fresh mushrooms - 200 g,

  • sour cream - 100 g,
  • spices to taste,
  • butter for greasing molds,
  • cheese - 200 g.

Chicken legs are boiled until tender in salted water, and when they cool, they separate the meat from the bones. Mushrooms are crushed and fried in a pan along with grated carrots and chopped onions in half rings. When the onions and carrots begin to acquire a golden hue, add sour cream and chicken divided into fibers into the pan. Then season to taste. Kokotnitsa greased with butter and spread the contents of the pan in them, sprinkled with grated cheese. Cooking julienne in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

Of course, julienne is not the easiest dish. If there is no time for it, then you can stop on other recipes for a festive dinner. For example, on lavash tubes:

  1. Mix 200-220 g of cottage cheese with chopped herbs. Also add either the garlic (2 cloves) passed through the press or half a glass of chopped walnuts.
  2. Cut 1 sheet of pita bread into rectangles of approximately 7x10 cm.

  4. Roll up the rectangles and fry these tubes on both sides for 1 minute.

Cold Appetizers and Salad

For an appetizer, they serve not only hot, but, of course, cold dishes. You can restrict yourself to cold cuts, a cheese plate, canapes or sandwiches. But there are other ideas. For example, cheese balls. For them mix:

  • 50 g of grated hard cheese
  • 1 boiled yolk,
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • garlic, salt, paprika - to taste,
  • 1 cooked grated carrot.

From the resulting mass, balls are rolled and crushed in chopped nuts: cashews, walnuts, pistachios, etc.

There is another appetizer for cheese lovers. It is called "Arabesque" and is prepared from feta cheese:

  1. A pound of feta cheese is poured with cold clean water and left for several hours.
  2. Then it is taken out and passed through a meat grinder along with 12 kernels of walnuts, 4 cloves of garlic and 200 g of butter. Instead of a meat grinder, you can use a blender.
  3. From the resulting mass, form a “log” and wrap it in parchment paper.
  4. When the “logs” lie in the refrigerator at night, it can be easily cut into portions and serve on a large plate with herbs.

Instead of one of the appetizers or in addition to them, many cook a salad. Usually every housewife has her own signature recipe, but if you want something new, you can cook a dish for which you will need:

  • 100 g of smoked sausage,
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 boiled corn grain,
  • raw carrots
  • mayonnaise.

Sausage and cucumber should be cut into thin cubes, and grate the carrots on a grater for Korean dishes. Mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise. In addition, salt is not required, because sausage and mayonnaise already contain salt.

Main course

A festive dinner for guests cannot do without hot. If a meeting of vegetarians is not planned, then meat, poultry or fish with a side dish are prepared as the main dish.

Faster and perhaps the easiest way to cook chicken. But it can turn out to be too dry, so it is wrapped in strips of bacon. What will be needed for such a meal?

  • a pound of chicken,
  • 14 strips of bacon,
  • a pinch of sesame seeds,
  • honey and mustard - 1 tablespoon each,
  • soy sauce - 3 tablespoons

In a bowl, mix the sauce, honey and mustard, put the chicken fillet cut into 14 parts and leave for a couple of hours. Then get it, wrap it in bacon and sprinkle sesame seeds fried in a dry pan. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The chicken should be in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 ° C, then it is turned over and cooked for another 7 minutes. Not everyone likes sesame seeds, so it can be replaced with mustard seeds.

Garnished for chicken cooked in this way are oven-baked vegetables (in the sleeve or just on a baking sheet), as well as grilled vegetables: slices of zucchini and eggplant, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, etc.

For sweet

As a rule, dishes made from fruits, ice cream, chocolate, whipped cream, yogurt, etc., or sweet pastries complete the holiday dinner. If the dinner turned out to be hearty, then for dessert it is better to serve something light, for example, fruit salad or berry mousse. The most beautiful is a blueberry or blackcurrant mousse, especially if served in a transparent glass and garnished with berries. It will require:

  • a glass of sugar
  • a glass of berries
  • 2 freshest eggs.

All ingredients must be cooled, pour berries and sugar into a container, mix with a mixer until smooth. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them into elastic foam. Gently mix the protein mass into the berry. Arrange everything in a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Decorate before serving.

Another light dessert, puff jelly, has an interesting look. To cook it, you need to stock up with multi-colored food colors and gelatin. You can also use yogurt to bright stripes alternate with white.

  1. Pour 25 g of gelatin with warm water and leave to swell.
  2. In different glasses, dilute water with sugar (to taste) and dyes. Pour yogurt into one of the glasses.
  3. When the gelatin swells, it must be heated to completely dissolve, and pour with a spoon into prepared glasses.
  4. Pour the first layer into a tall glass and refrigerate. The remaining ingredients are in a warm place.
  5. When the layer hardens, a second one is poured onto it and also goes to freeze in the refrigerator.
  6. This must be done until the jelly glasses are filled to the top.

Before serving, the dessert is decorated according to your taste: mint leaves, berries, slices of orange or lemon, pastry topping, etc. This dessert is especially popular with children.
